final reflection

Part one

Based on my cmi results, compared to my group, I can make the analysis of results

Relationship, Context, Decisions making, Communication, planning

Universal Oriented - I tend to take my time to establish relationships, but once I let somebody into my immediate circle, he or she can become part of all spheres of my life. "Once a friend, always a friend!" may be my motto. As a result, a number of my work colleagues may have become part of my circle of friends, socialising with them outside the work environment. I may also be inclined to extend respect and the authority of superiors to other spheres of life (e.g. social, sport, religious spheres).

In the Context I’m in the Middle between Informal & Formal - I appear to adapt to either formal or informal situations. Therefore, I have developed a situation-driven approach to relationships and processes in the organisation. People who are formal oriented may feel uncomfortable when I take on an informal context.A tendency of being Relationship Oriented - Relationships tends to have a stronger impact on the way I make decisions. I tend to believe that policies and procedures are a result of good relationships. In some circumstances it will find a healthy balance between the value of the relationship and the rules governing the relationship. I tend to place a higher value on the strength of the relationship.direct Oriented - I seem to value an environment where direct communication is appreciated, even if it may cause relational stress. "Say what you mean and mean what you say?" is possibly one of your strong values. I tend to be direct and intentional in dealing with people. Indirect-oriented people might sometimes feel offended by this approach but will know how I feel. A tendency of being more People oriented - my schedules and priorities tend to be more influenced by people relationships than by time. Even though a schedule is not that important to me, I think I have learnt to appreciate the need for it and to abide by it when necessary. The importance of being available and approachable to those who are around me is a primary.

Part two

I learnt from my CMI report that relationship is important and I agree with that why? Because when I make a friend I never quit on them easily form example if i mad a friend in college and he was in problem he asked me to help him I will go for helping him and I will not limit our relationship to the college only.  Some times when I’m at work or college people think that im formal but it depend on the people sometimes i become formal when his new to me like my new manager I have to be formal with him but if I know him well so in the college I can be informed and have normal chat what him and in the results it same right I’m like this so I agree with this also. I do agree what the report that im direct with people because I have to know people need to feel what is there banders and how I feel regarding that.

Part 3

I think that i like how I am and I don’t think that I will change after 5 years or be any different because this is my way of living and the prof on that I’m still in contact when my old 5 years  high school  friends and I’m still  the same what all of them. I don’t think I like to be different because it may change my approach and this will make me a different person.

Exercise #4

Amish are traditional tripe that has a unique way for living, not like us “modern people “they refuse to use any way for modern life style because they think it’s made by the “Devil”.

They are organic food and fresh meat and that’s why they always been healthy .they don’t like to work individual and always they work in team work. They are the most kindest and generous people. But there places are not grown fast enough because the use unmodern material and they stick to there tradional way.

In my opinion if we could mix there life or habit with our modernity it could be a good way in communication and health way.

Exercise #1

I see the bullfighting is not an acceptable act to referrer it to a cultural because they hit and stab the bull many times and torment the animal by doing this again and again. In Spain some of the local people don’t see this as cultural side because they before the main Fighter bulls come in the arena there is 6 to 7 men stabbing the bull so it can be weak an tell the main fighter come so he can kill the bull faster. The problem is the spins Governmental and some of other counters are supporting it so we have to understand them that this is not right way and this call barbarity. In the video it seem that the bull is attack but really he is defensing him self
